I have one word to say about my recent discovery of Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches...YUM! I am pretty sure the 'low fat' benefits of these tasty treats are quickly offset by the fact that one can easily consume two or more a day. In fact I'd like to suggest a product renaming. Perhaps the Not-So-Skinny-Cow is a more suitable moniker?! Have you tried these frozen morsels before? What is your favorite flavor? So far Mint and Cookies & Cream are big hits here in our house. Thinking about them is making my mouth water...time for another one. Mooooo!

When I was in high school my mom allowed me to 'wallpaper' my room with tear-outs from my favorite magazines. It was loud, crazy and I adored it to pieces. I've never really grown out of loving the wall-of-photos look, so when I spotted this little DIY Photo Wall tutorial from Paislee Press (via Ali Edwards) my little hodge-podge-photo-wall-loving heart went pitter-pat. It seems that the trick to creating a "grownup" look (exactly the upgrade I've been looking for) is to focus on displaying images that fall within a similar color/tonal range. This is one project I will be working on pronto! See the full story and tutorial over here. Enjoy! xo Ez
