Like almost all girls, I have already thought about my wedding. My color palette would either be in soft peachy tones or in soft lilac tones. There's something very special about these two colors, they always caught my attention! In fabrics, flowers, accessories, objects... I generally love pastel colors, but for my wedding I would choose one of those two. I would combine lilac with cream color. I'd love for my bouquet to be essentially lilac flowers (my favorite ones <3), maybe arranged with small white flowers. Lilacs are such beautiful flowers, they are so simple yet sofisticatd. And they have a wonderful scent.

I loved this wedding-themed post, every single photo is great. Your blog is an inspiration to me!

Great giveaway, the feather hairclip is amazing. I never find these things in shops here where I live!

Thank you <3

My perfect pallet is the aqua and red combo that is gaining popularity. My 2 favorite colors are red and blue so this would be great so I don't have to pick!!

I am actually looking into wearing something like that for my wedding day! It's beautiful! And I love the love bird cake topper

Anyway, my palette is gold, silver/gray and chartreuse. It was yellow instead of gold until I got my dress, which is ivory with golden polka dots on it. Most of the chartreuse will be in the flowers and ribbon holding the flowers together. And if I find the right tie, all the guys in the wedding will wear chartreuse ties. My bridesmaids are wearing the silver. I'm not sure about everywhere else, I only recently started planning...

Yay! Wedding season is here! I loved my wedding on the cliffs in Jamaica. I used creamy whites because the color of the water is so beautiful there I didn't want to try to compete with it. I did use an aqua blue color in the invitations to set the tone before the wedding. I would love to see some suggestions for wedding gifts! I need to start shopping!

Hmmm I think my ideal wedding color palette would be white and a soft blue... like the color of hydrangeas. I like to keep things simple so I wouldn't go all out or do anything crazy. Just clean and crisp uses of the color. :)

Ohhh my ideal wedding palette would be peach, mango, a pink strawberry color, and ivory. I don't want a stark white dress. I want an ivory dress that's really...slouchy and bunchy. I want poppies mixed in with baby's breath and then some flowers mixed in made from ivory vintage buttons. I want almost all aspects of my wedding to be handmade and personal made by me, my mom, and my nana. :]

I started making a HUGE wedding binder filled with ideas when I was in 8th grade so I have a lot of awesome ideas saved up for when that day actually comes. :]

My color palette would be that of ballet! Everything delicate in the subtle pinks, grays, with accents in black, creams. The colors are divine and flattering - while being just enough sophistication! These colors lend themselves well to accessories and accents - pearls, silver pieces, delicate candlelight!

The feather hair piece would be the icing on the cake!

Well, I show no signs of getting married anytime soon, but! Since I was a little girl, I've wanted my wedding to involve stargazer lilies, and I'd love my entire color palette to play off of those - a very simple base for everything with occasional bursts of rich yellows, oranges, and a few pinks. I've sort of outgrown the flowers and am more a fan of simpler wildflowers now, but I haven't quite gotten past the color palette.

Ideal color theme for me? All shades of white - white, off-white, cream... up to a pale taupe - and then just a touch of the palest dove gray that you can find. It would be ethereal at any time of the year. Ivory gown, all-white bouquet with a little silver lace dusty miller leaves tucked in, and dove grey slippers.

Same florals for tables, white and ivory linens with grey toppers, white china, clear crystal and sliver flatware. :-)

I love earthy naturals so my ideal wedding palette would mimic this. Lots of fresh greenery with a little woody intrigue and maybe some lily of the valley thrown in (or if early spring, maybe some forced blooms on apple branches?). The wedding party would wear soft muted greens but wouldn't need to be all matchy matchy, they could select the hue and style they like best. After all, not all greens in nature are the same and they work famously! I'd love a casual outdoor gathering where a lot of the "natural decor" would indeed be natural. There is a park near my home with a beautiful rock ampitheater and large magnificent trees which would set the scene nicely. Add in some candlelight flicker and I'm in dreamland.

I went on a shopping spree some weeks ago, even though I had a feverish, sneezing, coughing cold.Since then I've become obsessed with the colour *mint green*.Why? It turned out I had bought everything (make-up, cream, lingerie, soap) in minty hues, probably due to some subconscious need to cure my cold with some colour therapy. The odd thing is I've never loved pastels as a child, and would have gone for the pink ones rather than the greenish/blueish ones when obliged to wear them. Strangely, I have come to adore the latter! If I were throwing an open air tea party, I'd wear an *off-white* charity shop wedding gown, with that beautiful feather hair piece clipped onto my mintgreen hat! I'd make batches of blue and mint green macarons, served on crooked porcelain plates.Every guest would have wear something off-white,*powder blue* or mint green.(Mind you, a lot of them never wear anything but black!) I would read them my favourite episodes from my Alice in Wonderland book (which happens to be powder blue as well) and serve them absinthe and pastis or cocktails with ice cubes which have mint leaves in them. I wish it were summer already!

Oh my goodness!!!

My dream wedding palette is a light pink, like cotton candy you can get at a state fair; pale yellow and light grey. I love love LOVE these three colors together and even though most people I've told say that grey is a silly color for a wedding, I think it will be beautiful.

I love the pretty pinks that you put together. That cake topper makes me smile.

We used our ideal wedding palette in our wedding four years ago, and it's still our ideal. My husband and I wanted the wedding to feel serene and romantic, so I chose many different shades of green. The amazing florist created bouquets of flowering herbs (with their tiny colorful blossoms that accented the green) and other delicate green plants. And we used loose herbs in other places - on the cake, in my hair, scattered about.

Wow! beautiful colors and beautiful stuff!

My own wedding didn't quite have a theme to it, we got married with 20 people in our apartment then went out to dinner at our favorite diner like restaurant. It was awesome. I wore a red dress and my husband wore is everyday outfit of jeans and black t shirt.

However we did have "ravens" for visual theme and both got ravens tattoos and we painted the hupa (a wedding cloth) with about 200 black ravens on blue.

So I guess my color theme would be sky blue and black! Not a very wedding like color pallet, but it worked beautifully for us (and still a favorite combination for me).

I've been thinking for a while about doing two blues, navy and a light blue, with flashes of orange. My boyfriend loves light blue and I love orange, so I think the dark navy would pull those two together. So the orange could just peek out in a skinny sash on navy bridesmaid dresses or pocket squares and we could have baskets of clementines or tangerines on the tables as "floral" centerpieces and yummy snacks and favors. Yum!

I like bright (hot) pink and tiffany (soft, light) blue. I think the boldness of the pink and the softness of the blue go great together. I would love an outdoor wedding, maybe with pink roses & ranunculus tied with blue ribbon. Something simple & pretty.

I want to use peacock blue and mustardy yellow or chartreuse as the colors for my wedding. Bridesmaids wear peacock blue with yellow accents, groomsmen wear peacock blue cumberbunds, ties, and/or vests. The cake is peacock blue with a sprinkling of small yellow sugar flowers, or maybe vice versa. Of course, I want to get married at a park with peacocks, so that ties into the color scheme.

Oh my!! These are all so gorgeous. I am saving this for someday when I will planning my own wedding. Passing this on to my friend who IS getting married this year. Thanks so much for sharing.
