For the last few weeks (when I first spotted them on etsy's front page) I've been loving these bespoke hand printed cushions from Helkatdesign. Don't they look like something you'd discover on an artfully mussed bed in Anthropologie or some similar boutique-like shop and want to bring home with you? Hello sweets. I'm so glad it's the weekend, aren't you? Today marks the end of my first week back at the gym (6 days of working out) and man am I ever ready for a break (I think an outdoor adventure and some indoor craft projects are in order). BTW if you are looking for a great way to stay on top of a diet/exercise program I highly recommend the free iPod/iPhone app Lose It. It was recommended to me by several twitter friends and I'm completely hooked. It also has an online element too so you may be able to sign up to use it on your computer even if you don't have a mobile device. I hope it helps you, like it is helping me (heaven knows I need all the help I can get).
