Hello again lovelies! Just wanted to pop in and let you know that I've been hard at work scouring the web for wonderful gift giving ideas for us all. I spotted the photo of these sweet houses by Bella Dia over on flickr last night and was amazed to discover that she created them by repurposing old cereal boxes! Aren't they just adorable?!
What I love most about projects like this is how easily the finished piece can be tweaked and altered to look exactly how you like. Perhaps you'd paint yours in bold colors like she's done here...or maybe you'd cover yours in vintage papers, dust it with glitter, or make a "gingerbread house" out of it. The posibilities are truly endless!
If you'd like to give it a try you can find a full tutorial over on Bella Dia blog. It's my birthday tomorrow and by tradition I'll be spending the day working on a new holiday craft. I think this will be the one!
