Today's chic for cheap look comes at the request of reader Heather who will soon be hosting a celebration for her dad's 70th birthday.  Here's how she describes this challenge: "The event won't be too formal, will be held in a church hall in the evening, and will have all ages of guests.  I am just 40 so I want to be sure to look crisp, fun and pulled together.  As far as gift ideas, my Dad loves coffee and wine.  So all of uskids are pitching in for a gift that lasts all year: coffee of themonth from SLO Roasted Coffee Company and wine of the month from a Washington Winery.  I love, love all of the gift ideas you find in etsy shops so if you have any suggestions..."
