I've been helping my parents chop firewood on the weekends. There is just something about the smell, the labor and the delicious anticipation of a roaring fire that makes it one of my favorite fall activities. I also stock up on teas, the very best chocolate for hot chocolate and anything else for our "warm drink" break at 4pm every afternoon. My husband and I look forward to it.

There was a red hat I really wanted from Anthropologie. But when I went back to the shop, it was gone. Oh well. I think I need a new hat for winter - I'm thinking of one like this...

Love the cozy colors! My current comforts right now are the two comforters my husband and I keep downstairs - ready to wrap around us while cozing on the couch.

Those earrings are so stunning! I absolutely love them.

My current comfort is cups of hot chocolate or tea late at night. I always drink coffee in the mornings, but hot chocolate and tea I typically only drink in colder months (or tea when I am sick!) They are definitely a cold weather comfort.

We're on the same wave length...all I'm totally drawn to anything cozy right now. I have similar votives and they are divine when lit--I highly recommend picking some up for the holiday {and after}.
