• I adore the lettering on the wonderful new card collection by Linda & Harriet
• I've been aching to try and make my own prize ribbon... with this helpful DIY tutorial maybe this weekend I can finally do it.
• I love when functional things are attractive enough that you actually want to display them!  This wonderful Carved Wood Elephant Bottle Opener has made it onto my wish list (even though I never need to open bottles).  ; )
• I am deeply in need/love/want with this Ruffle V-neck Tee from J.Crew.  I wonder if I could alter one of my own shirts and get the same effect?
• I'm super excited that Better Homes and Gardens has picked up my DIY Charley Harper Gift Tag project and are now sharing it on their site (I apologize in advance for their pop-ups).  You can also find another Charley Harper project while you're there... this one is by the lovely Brittni Wood of PapernStich!

Free Printable Apple Note Flats

It's almost the end of the school year and inevitably this means parents everywhere are scurrying around in a desperate search for an affordable gift to give their child(rens) teacher(s).  Coffee mug? Potted plant?... might I suggest these free adorable little Apple Note Flats that I made for you all to download and enjoy.  : )

Of course these aren't only meant as teacher gifts... they are for everyone!  The penmanship grid at the bottom enables you to customize the cards by writing in a name or words that you want.  You could also leave them blank and allow the recipient to add in their own text.  I'm having my daughter write her teacher's name on a set, then we'll tie it up with some pretty envelopes, and bada-bing we're done!

• Print onto heavy-weight cardstock with a color printer
• Cut along the outer lines

Inspired Artist: Anna Melcon Bond

Have you ever come across someone who has so much talent that you wish that they could just bottle it up and sell you some?  Well Anna Melcon Bond is one of those wonderfully talented individuals whose work astounds me.

Her illustration work is divine, her photography fantastic, her blog delightful... and when she opens her shop (coming soon) I'm sure I'll swoon right out of my seat.
