Inspired Spaces: Paula Mill

I love the beautiful and inspiring home of artist Paula Mills.  I first found her on flickr and have been drooling a bit ever since (wow, that sounded gross).

Scenes from an Imaginary Vacation

It's time to take an imaginary vacation!  Of course an actual one would be preferable, but this little collage of loveliness with have to hold me for the time being.  Imagine you're going on a vacation...where are you going?...what will you bring along (and more importantly, can I can fold myself up and fit in your luggage).

• Despite the fact that I'm terrified of drowning...this photograph by Philip Newton has me wishing that that was me on the stern of the boat.
• I'll wear this little antique keys necklace by Shonah Jewellery Design to remind me that no matter how far I roam, home is never too far away.
• Before I leave I will map out my trip on a lovely vintage globe (maybe I'll find myself someplace that doesn't exist anymore).
• When sending out postcards to my friends and family I'll be sure to affix these beautiful Hand-lettered Air Mail Seals by K is for Calligraphy.
• I'll never go anywhere without my wonderful Hand-woven Cotton and Hemp Tote from Farmhouse Wares.
• And I'll wear these Pink Studio Sandals from Piperlime everywhere...for no reason more than I just love them.
• Sammy Seagull will keep me company on the boat (but he's gonna have to lose the pipe first).
• I'll write about all the wonderful adventures I'm having in this Frame Journal by Sub-Studio...
• And nibble on all the Hazelnut Chocolate Whiskey Sandwich Cookies I want (from my sponsor Whimsy + Spice)...because after all...it's only an imaginary vacation.
