Wahoo!

A little while back I had the privilege of getting to talk about blogging with Christienne de Tournay Birkhahn, who writes for Stationery Trends Magazine.  And just yesterday I received word (from Kati of The Finer Things) that the article including that interview, as well as interviews with some of my favorite fellow bloggers has been published!  I feel so lucky to be included with such lovely bloggers as: Katey of One Good Bumblebee and Kati of The Finer Things ...and feel honored to have the opportunity to share my passion for blogging with even more people!

Inspired Artist: Kris Knight

Yesterday during my daily inspiration absorption on Flickr I came across the art of Kris Knight.  Oh . My . Word !  I'm completely smitten with everything about his work.  The way he conveys so much emotion in the eyes of his subjects is incredible, and his use of light and color are perfection!

Inspired Spaces: Arthur's Circus

Natalie Jeffcott and Nicholas Fitzgerald also known on flickr (and elsewhere) as Arthur's Circus have created such lovely and inspirational spaces together.

Their home and shops are filled to the brim with nostalgic items from eras long since past, and they truly seem to have mastered the art of collecting what they love.

I especially appreciate the comfortable laid back manner in which the couple arranges and displays their prized possessions.  I think that one could go crazy trying to keep everything in tip top shape... but you get the feeling that they not only collect, but truly enjoy their vintage treasures.  In their home rumpled sheets become endearing, and you get the sense that if you were to stop by for a visit, they'd welcome you into their inspired space with as much warmth as they welcome a new thrift store score.
