Everyday Inspirations: Color Hunting In My Studio
Hello dear ones. While my blog is certainly infused with a healthy dose of pink, my favorite color of all has got to be aqua blue. I really can't get enough of the hue and decided just the other day to go on a mini color hunt around my studio in search of lovely little odds and ends to photograph for today's Everyday Inspirations. It turned out to be a pretty fast "hunt" since my home is filled with the color!

I love this color! so fresh and breezy! And guess what, my favorite is turquoise which is pretty close to aqua! I'm loving it since forever! I can't say I don't love pinks and whites, but turquoise still has the priority! xx

How beautiful!!! This seems to be "Bird-Day!" I just painted a lovely little yellow bird for my "painting-of-the-day" and am quite pleased with the way it turned out!

good gravy, i can't stop looking at those shoes.
I just bought a bunch of Japanese masking tape earlier this evening at Anthropologie. It's in the sale bin -- packs of 5 rolls for $3.95! I am giddy just thinking about it now. Loving your aqua blue ... I'm trying to choose the just perfect shade for my wall color in our bedroom. So far we have a dozen swatches on the wall and I can't make up my mind.

@ Erika: Oooo...what a find! My friend just picked some up from Anthro a week ago too! No sure if you want any color recommendations, but I had a wall in my old home that was painted the loveliest aqua color (I will always think of it as the perfect color). It has undertones of grey so it comes across as a neutral and is very soft. The color information is:
