Nursery Sneak Peek

{image by Marichelle Hills}

Hello lovelies!  My dear friend Marichelle is expecting in August and she and her husband have been working like busy bees to renovate her old craft room into a tranquil nursery for their daughter Emma.  I think that they've done an exceptional job and wanted to share this lovely little sneak peek of their progress with you all.  Marichelle has posted links to all the wonderful goodies in her photos over on her blog Lifeflix, so be sure to hop on over to see that.  There is also a lot more inspiration to be found on her blog - remember she's the one who posted the DIY faux sheepskin cloud rugs a couple weeks ago.  Enjoy!  xo Ez

Thanks for your comments guys!
@ Erin - The paint color is my all time favorite (I passed on the info to Marichelle for her nursery) and it is:
Glidden Evermore
Premium Int Satin Enamel
Stillness 70GG 63
Pure White Base

Truly the best color I've ever seen on a wall. xo

I love the strand of little flags! Brilliant! Although... I can tell you that my 9 month old would tear them off into her crib and have a blast playing with them... but that's ok. ; )

This is a beautiful and nurturing room. I know their child will love growing up in it!

Such a sweet nursery. I'm in love with the stuffed deer on the wall. Lucky Emma!

Beautiful. But I have to say that the safety freak in me panicked at the sight of string so close to the crib. Definitely a hazard even though the picture is lovely. :)

Love the colors! The blue is so peaceful. The stuffed deerhead is genius! Love that too! Just a note from a parent, the adorable little garland on the crib is a strangulation hazard. But it'll be okay for the first few months when the baby can't physically get a hold of it herself. Well done!

It's a dream bedroom for any baby girl. I love it. I'll bet little Emma has beautiful dreams and lots of lovely memories in her beautiful aqua blue room. I'm getting sooo clucky!

Cute but please take the strangulation hazard off the crib.
