Inspired Spaces: AB Chao

Check out the gorgeous makeover that AB Chao has been working on in her home.  There are a lot of things to love about what she's done in each room... but my favorite has to be how much of it was completed using stores and resources that are available to most of us (Target, IKEA, eBay, etc).

Her Room:

Such great and inspiring results!  You can find out more about the makeover on her blog Hashai and on flickr.  xox Ez

Wow! The after is so dramatic! What an excellent change. I particularly love the touch of yellow in the room. It looks so much bigger.

That 2nd bedroom is so gorgeous! I cannot get enough of the darker colors on walls... it does sooo much for a room's warmth and character. Thanks for sharing too! I hadn't visited her blog :)

We have knotty pine paneling in our bedroom that I am dying to paint. I wish I had enough courage to go dark like that, but I fear we don't have enough natural light. Love the color of that master bedroom especially with the pops of yellow and red.

Love the white room with a black bird chandelier. There's this very cute bird cage ornament on Etzy, which is so dreamy and cute @ http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=vl_other_2&listing_id=22183867

She comes up with some great stuff! I REALLY wish that I had a room that was bright enough to paint a charcoal grey. It's so lovely.

I actually really like the before room! The after is stunning, but I enjoy the calm of the before room... I love how much the mood of the room can change though!
