From Wares to Wear: Make this Party into an Outfit

Last week I had fun challenging myself to translate a pillow into a wearable outfit, so I thought I'd give it another go today...this time using a gorgeous photograph as my inspiration. There are so many directions you can go when taking inspiration from a non-fashion item that it can be a little overwhelming, but when I spotted this Asymmetrical Tank Top while out shopping yesterday, I knew that it would be the perfect starting point. After that, everything just seemed to fall into place (phew). What do you think? Do you have any non-fashion favorites that you'd like to see turned into an outfit?
