Hello bloggity friends! It's been a while since I've done a Chic for Cheap post. So today I wanted to do something a little different and decided to put together an affordable Fall Home Edition of Chic for Cheap! The entire look was inspired by Hadley Hutton's beautiful Birds & Berries print and the lovely colors she used in her piece. From there I found complimentary pieces from a few great go-to sites for affordable home goods, and there you have it. I hope you like what I've put together for you all. xo Ez
These gorgeous handmade paper mobiles from Haru have piqued my interest every time I've see a new one pop up in the Haru flickrstream. I finally made it over the the shop and discovered this beautiful Lokta Paper Mobile. Not only is is lovely to look at, but the price is mighty attractive as well. These are perfect for adding a bit of pizzazz to a forlorn corner of your home, and would also be gorgeous as Holiday decor. There are only a few items in the Haru shop right now, but they except custom orders and you can see much of their past work in their flickr album. Enjoy! xo Ez
Story from Another Era by Elise Muler on flickr. + BLOG (in French)
I have a serious obsession with shoes. I am constantly adding pretty pairs to my wishlist to swoon over. The funny part is that my actual wardrobe consists of no more than 8 pairs (from Converse and flip-flops to black Mary Janes). I guess the reality is that sometimes just dreaming of the places you'd go and the outfits you'd wear with each pair can be almost as good as the real thing.
The pairs here have been making my heart go pitter-pat every time I gaze at them in my wishlist. I'm thinking pick No.5 in particular just might need to come home with me. xo Ez
