Chic for Cheap: Inspired by a Flickr Photo

Camilla Engman is one of my favorite artists.  Her depictions of little creatures and the way she fawns over her beautiful dog Morran makes me smile to no end.  I chose this particular image of hers: "Visiting the Sea" because I wanted to try for a look that is casual and fun...maybe for a day of relaxation near the sea?!
