Google Art Project

By now you might have already heard the buzz circulating around the web over the latest release (actually just released today) from Google - Google Art Project. With Google Art Project you can virtually visit a selection of some of the world's finest museums and explore a range of their noteworthy art pieces.

The part I love most is how you can zoom in and see each work in such detail that every brushstroke and crack of aged paint is visible. What a wonderful way to admire the small details that make the big picture so magnificent. Have you tried it out yet? Pop on over and start exploring now.

Inspiration Daily: 02. 01. 11

Hello sweets! I just wanted to let you all know that we are expecting a severe ice/snow storm throughout our state (there is actually freezing rain pelleting my studio window as I type this) and I may or may not have electricity during the next few days. I will do my best to keep the posts on here as regular as possible, but if they suddenly drop off you will know why. You can be sure that I'll back again when the sun is shining.
