One thing I love about Europe and Japan is seeing women in skirts riding their bicycles. It's so romantic and quaint. Certainly not something you see here. (It's all spandex and spiked cyclist shoes...)

It's really not possible to ride while wearing a skirt in SF. It's pretty cold most of the time! Nice picture, though.
