Pinterest Picks: Extraterrestrial
Happy Monday friends! I hope your weekend was gorgeous. The weather has been ridiculously lovely here recently (Mother Nature is obviously trying make up for the horrific Summer she put us through in 2011) and I'm mid-way through a post inspired by a photo I took while out on a nature walk on Saturday (that will be for later this week). But for today I'm caught up in these almost other-worldly picks that I spotted over on Pinterest. I also discovered this haunting song by Bat for Lashes (via Enid), and I think that the rather creepy video that accompanies it fits the extraterrestrial theme quite well. If it's too odd for you (the balloons freak me out), you can always open another browser window (like Pinterest) and just listen.

Those boots are amazing! I love them so much. The rocks remind me of Andy Goldsworthy's work, have you seen his work? It's so stunning.
I love that song, did you know it's about the kid from the Karate Kid movies? Honestly! I heard her interview a few year's back here in the UK :-)
