I'm Going to Alt + You're Coming with Me (Kind of)

Hi sweet bloggy friends. As many of you might already know, in exactly one week from today I'll be flying off to Salt Lake City to attend and speak at Altitude Design Summit (a ridiculously awesome learning experience / meet-and-greet for bloggers). My first time experience last year was amazing, and I'm really excited for the chance to attend again. And yes, in case you are wondering...I'm totally freaking out about what to wear (again). But maybe I'll save that for another post.

So I've had this little thought tumbling around inside my mind for the past few weeks, and I wanted to run it by you guys. How would you like to help me decide which panel topics to attend each day? I'll be tweeting tidbits while there and then when I get back I'll write some more in depth blog posts about what I learned/heard in the panels that you are most interested in hearing about! There are so many amazing speakers and topics...so it's going to be tricky to decide. If you'd like to read a bit more about what each topic includes, you can find a more detailed schedule here.

And secondly, my panel will be talking about DIY Projects. Do you have any questions about my process, the how or the why of DIY, etc.? I'd love to hear your questions so that I can give a stellar talk that is filled with useful info...and then of course I'll share it with all of you guys here once I return from Alt. Sound good?! Ez!! I'm so excited to (hopefully) finally meet you in person at Alt! I'm glad to hear even you're freaking out about what to wear. I just may wear a potato sack and call it a day.

I'll be there, too - super excited! I'm planning to attend your panel and I'd love to hear more about the planning that goes into the DIY project, as well as timing (how long it takes you to plan, prep, shoot, edit, etc.), and styling. I feel more solid about documenting the actual steps and coming up with ideas, but it's the stuff around that that keeps me from doing more DIY posts.

Jessie, Zoe, and Michelle - I'm super excited to meet you all too! It can get kind of busy at Alt, so be sure to grab me if you see me so that we can say hello! I would hate to miss any of you in the hustle and bustle of the event.
Michelle - That was a big question of mine last year too. Basically all you need to do is show up for the topic that you are interested in, at the scheduled time (a bit early if you want a good seat). There will be signs in front of the different rooms so that you will know where you are going. If you get lost or confused be sure to just grab someone and ask. There will be loads of friendly people around to help you out. I believe the classes on Saturday and the Dinners on Wednesday are the only things you needed to sign up for. To do that, just login to your Alt Summit account and edit your settings. If that isn't working or doesn't make sense I'm sure one of the Alt ladies would be more than happy to help you. Thanks for the insight Ez! Great to hear a little advice from a veteran. I'm so excited for the trip and look forward to meeting you, however briefly. Yay...
