In My Imaginary Closet: 05. 10. 11
This past Sunday it was finally so hot that I was forced to wear shorts for the first time this year. If you know me, then you know I'm a reluctant shorts-wearer (something about all that white skin, and a desire to spare people from the blinding glare). Anyhow, it got me thinking about my imaginary closet and what new pieces I would like to see in there. Then I came across this gorgeous look from Annika M. on Lookbook.nu (via Sara Kate Studios) and knew I had to use it as my inspiration. So here you have it. The latest additions to my fictitious wardrobe:
- Inspiration from Annika M. on Lookbook.nu (via Sara Kate Studios).
- Different Lipstick in Angel Red - Clinique
- Sally Hershberger Style Primer for Wavy Hair (my absolute fave) - Soap.com
- Bracelet - American Eagle
- Pier-Stripe Sweatshirt - J.Crew
- The Whistlestop Sandal - Madewell
- Braided-Belt Chambray Shorts - Old Navy
Have any new pieces popped up in your imaginary closet recently? Do tell! xo Ez

Loooove those sandals!!!
Those sandals and top are adorable. I'm curious about the hair primer what does it do?
I absolutely LOVE this look! I've been dreaming of something similar myself.
Every time I wear black and white stripes I feel the need to pair it with red lipstick. Love it!
I've been looking for a good pair of brown sandals with some sort of a heel for a while now. I think you might have found it for me ;)

Wow, I saw those sandals and knew immediately that you found my perfect summer shoe for me. I'm usually not an impulse shopper, but I totally just went over and ordered them, they're exactly what I've been looking for.
Thanks Ez, you just saved me a ton of browsing time!
Oh gosh, I want this whole outfit in my closet ASAP!
ack! i hate shorts!
love a good navuy stripe though!
A similar shirt and denim shorts are one of my wardrobe staples! So, now I need those shoes. Clearly!
Classic look! I love it!

ahhh, love those sandals. and the whole look! i need a striped top for summer.
I love this look! I like how it's casually feminine without being frilly and over the top. I have a hard time pulling off the ultra-girly look and feel like I can only sport boat necks and crew necks, and sometimes tanks, because they are the only things that work for me. Everything else makes me feel fake! Those shoes are great, I wish I didn't have so many things on my wish list or else I'd buy them!
Such a cute outfit! I'm totally the same about shorts, I really have to be super hot to even consider them. :) I'm still dying for this printed maxi dress from Asos, hoping it goes on sale! ;) http://pinterest.com/pin/13342567/
Thanks for your comments everyone!
@ Kristi - The primer gives your hair a great beachy looking wavy effect...without being sticky or greasy. Oh...and it smells amazing!
