I used a white one for my wedding planning binder, and it's one of my new favorite things. I think the best part (aside from how sturdy it is) is the giant rubber band that helps hold it all closed.

Oh I think these are the ring binders used for official purpose. I use more trendy one but yeah I know for managing huge documents, the one you have provided are more useful. I will keep this in mind. Thanks!
