One Good Thing: Sweet Tees
I love nearly everything found over on the Basic French website, but their sweet t-shirts have caught my eye. I'm especially enamored with the J'aime Ma Ville top in grey and hot pink. Ok Basic French are probably exclusive distributer in the US of many day to day basic French's products, but still they are so expensive!
I live in France, so 12$ for a basic shampoo that you buy here for 4$, even if you count taxes and shipping, I think is too too much!
And they said that these t-shirt come from Petit Bateau, but they don't look at all as Petit Bateau....
Still is funny to see this commun products on a posh website, and I know now what I'll bring next time I come to the US!

Thank you so much for writing up our t-shirts. We have had such a wonderful response to them, it's exciting! We are just beginning to develop a whole line of tees for all ages, which will be available before the holidays. So stay tuned.
In response to Sarah who criticized our prices: our costs have been so affected by the euro/dollar issue but we are always doing our best to reduce prices for our customers. It is just very expensive to do business between France and the US. That's why Levis cost so much in France, and any American product for that matter. But, I appreciate Sarah's point of view!
