Inspired Artist: Anna Emilia Laitinen

I recently found myself utterly swept away by the whimsical art of Anna Emilia Laitinen.  Hers is a world where rooms have walls made of living trees and woodland creatures are born from foliage.  Looking through her work is incredibly soothing and inspiring.  I hope you'll find out for yourself with a visit to her portfolio, flickr album and blog.  Enjoy!  xo Ez

So haunting yet whimsical. Hints to me of Maurice Sendak. Really cool.

Anna is beautiful, inside and out and her artwork is utterly touching and always with a hint of vulnerability as it's completely honest.
