Behind the Scenes of Wren & Chickadee
Hello lovelies! How was your weekend? I hope it was everything you were hoping for and more! One of the things I have been working on lately is getting everything together for my print shop: Wren & Chickadee reopening. I'm never really satisfied to leave well enough alone (a blessing and a curse), so I've been having fun carving some stamps to give a little extra touch to my outgoing packages.
The interior packaging will stay the same for now (since I really like it, and have a lot of fun recycling my magazines and security envelopes into the little starburst tags).
I thought I was well on my way to having the shop up and running when my printer decided to start printing colors completely wrong (black was coming out neon green - ick), but after some fiddling and a few choice words it decided to cooperate once again. Thank goodness!
As long as my printer holds out I'm planning to have everything all set by Wednesday of this week. I hope you'll come by and check out some of the new prints I'll be adding along with all the standard favorites. See you then! Enjoy the rest of your day. xo Ez
UPDATE: You can now find a detailed DIY for these tag-shaped stamps right here.
