Color Crush: Secret Squirrel Clothing
I came across Australian-based fashion label Secret Squirrel Clothing (via Forty-sixth at Grace) and was really taken in by the refined palette color palette they selected for their Summer 2009 collection. Their Fall/Winter 2010 collection releases in March and looks just as incredible. Be sure to take a look over on their site for more. I like the palette of very light colors. They create a good feeling. As being synesthete I live a life in colors. Synesthesia means that I see colors when I see words and numbers.I transform this in paintings of names and birthdays.
What an absolutely gorgeous colour palette. Whimisical & pretty with a dreamy kind of feel.
I think it may have just inspired me to start working on a new illustration incorporating similar colours...
