Leslie - Free Printable Striped Note Card

A Creative Mint

Here is a simple striped flat note card that you can download and print. I designed it to be used with a standard business envelope (4 1/8" x 9 1/2") because usually there is one lying around the house! You could also use the card without an envelope to spruce up a plain gift.  I also included a blue and green striped scheme if that suits you more or use both. Enjoy!

To use:

Download Pink Stripe Card and Download Blue Stripe Card 

Print out onto heavy weight paper or card stock and trim along outside edges.  Use glue stick to adhere labels to your own business sized envelope.  Happy Summer!
