Lemon Curd by Catherine (blog)

Styling work by Lucyina Moodie (via Anna Linder)

Hello lovelies!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend!  I'm sorry I sort of let the ball drop on Friday.  The doctor's visit ended up taking much longer than anticipated and unfortunately I have to go back in today, so things might be off kilter today as well.  Thanks for sticking with me through the randomness.  : )

In any case...photos like these two make me feel like tidying up my entire house and bedecking everything with natural twine and festive little sherbet colored tags!  Don't you think that would be lovely!

I love the brightness and lemony shine of everything. I hope your Dr visit goes well. Thanks for posting this inspiration!

Ah! So pretty!

I keep going through phases of "I love neutrals!" and then back to "I love bright colors!". What I want to do is slowwwwlly collect enough bright colors (like yellows and pinks) for the spring and summer months to be able to switch it out with the neutrals (whites, greys and beiges) for the fall and winter months. I just can't stay happy sticking with one, and my brain doesn't like to mix them!

This is a great look. Makes me think of warm sunny days. I added this pic to my blog this morning via your blog. Hope you don't mind. I'm new to blogging and not sure how all this works yet. Thank you for sharing so many inspiring photos.

I'm coming to learn that I will never be able to hold a prejudice against any color. For instance, just last weekend I may have said "sherbets are not for me" and then I see a room like this and I want to toss around pale oranges and watery yellows. Delightful!
