As requested by reader Melissa L., I've created a new collection for her much missed category Chic for Cheap.

My favorite budget stretching tip is to pick some basic tops and pants that you love and can get a lot of use out of, such as a pair of jeans that make you feel amazing (and your tush look fabulous), and then mix things up with affordable accessories in the seasons' hottest hues and most happening trends.  Chic and cheap!
