I love these - I am so into brown paper these days. Do you have Woolworths in the US? Because I just rushed in there yesterday and bought three rolls of brown paper in case I wouldn't be able to get any ever again(they're about to go into administration, a great loss!)

oooh. I love this idea. I would love to see the reverse of this...woodgrain snowflakes on a white background or small golden flakes on a baby blue background. Thanks for the inspiration!

I love this idea! I've been using this paper for years, but never thought to play up the wood grain pattern with leaves.

You can even add a twig or two from the garden and maybe some dried pods or something.

Where I'm from, we refer to this as pattern paper (for dressmaking) -- ahhh! memories of Home Ec class.

As usual, genius!
